Job Description
The New York Jets Creative Team is looking for a social-first, design-obsessed creative to support the day-to-day visual needs of our Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Creative, Social, and Content teams to ideate and execute design projects aligned with the New York Jets brand and current digital best practices.
• Create unique and engaging graphics that drive engagement and bring Jets brand to life. (I.E, native platform posts, YouTube thumbnails, video cover gfx, breaking news announcements).
• Contribute and collaborate on a day-to-day basis with our content and social teams.
• Apply an understanding of KPIs to evolve creative output based on performance insights.
• Stay flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, turning around high-quality work under tight deadlines. quality work under tight deadlines
• Support creative needs during Jets games, events, breaking news, and other real-time content moments (including nights/weekends as needed). time content moments (including nights/weekends as needed)
Key Requirements
• 1–3 years of design experience, including college coursework or internship work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Experience designing for platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Web.
• A digital portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and social-first creativity.
• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• A strong eye for composition, color, typography, design elements and trends in the social ecosystem.
• Ability to craft visuals that feel native to each platform while elevating the Jets brand.
• Excellent storytelling instincts and passion for sports and internet culture.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
• Experience in professional or collegiate sports is a plus.
The salary range for this role: USD $16.00 per hour, depending on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate. Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours + one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time.
