Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fulfillment of all season ticket, group ticket, individual game ticket, mini plan ticket, and suite ticket sales and renewals. Individual should have a passion to build a career in professional sports. Responsibilities • Fulfillment of all sales and renewals relating to tickets and suites. • Monitoring parking capacities and work closely with stadium to help improve or adjust ingress and egress from parking lots on game days. • Calculate PSL payment histories and PSL payoff balances • Work with Football Operations team on fulfillment of player, coach, and administration ticket fulfillment for all Jets home and away games. • Manage monthly installment plans, and monitor payment status for ticket accounts • Assist with game day issues including will call, scanning issues, counterfeit tickets, and outstanding balances • Run reports in Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Ticketmaster Archtics • Assist in PSL, season ticket, group ticket, and suite invoicing process • Assist in the fulfillment of PSL transfer requests initiated by Season Ticket Members • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Past experience in TicketMaster Archtics is a positive • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office • Proven ability in prior customer service • Exceptional organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks • Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment The salary for this role: USD $16.00 per hour, depending on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate.  Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours + one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time.
