Position: Seasonal Production Assistant - Part-Time/Seasonal
Reports to: Senior Producer

Job Summary:
The Seasonal Production Assistant supports live event production across all phases, including pre-production, event execution, and post-event wrap-up. This role contributes to the execution of video board content, control room operations, and overall event presentation.
The ideal candidate is passionate about live events and content production, eager to learn, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering high-quality work. This individual demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work, communicating effectively, and working positively with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This is a part-time seasonal position running from June 1, 2026 through March 1, 2027.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Support execution of video board, fascia board, and broadcast elements across multiple formats
· Assist with control room operations including switching, graphics, replay, and playback
· Operate and support camera and basic broadcast engineering functions
· Contribute to content creation using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
· Support event production across all phases, including setup, execution, and breakdown
· Partner cross-functionally with production and stadium teams to ensure seamless execution
· Support team success by stepping in where needed and maintaining a collaborative, team-first approach to execution
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign preferred)
· Interest in live event production, broadcasting, or content creation
· Control room experience preferred but not required
· Sports knowledge preferred but not required
· Demo reel or portfolio preferred
· Strong sense of accountability and integrity
· Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
· A team player who cares about the team’s success and contributes to a positive team environment
· Effective communication skills and ability to work respectfully with diverse teams
· High level of reliability and attention to detail
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
