The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances strategic thinking with operational excellence, and is passionate about leveraging insights to accelerate growth at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage performance marketing programs across key paid acquisition channels, including paid social, search, video, and emerging platforms to drive efficient member acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage channel budgets, forecasting models, and investment strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Allocate and optimize media spend across global campaigns, markets, channels, and audiences to maximize business outcomes while balancing efficiency and growth objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to establish measurement frameworks, evaluate incrementality, and generate actionable insights that inform growth strategies and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand Media, and Marketing Strategy & Operations teams to develop testing roadmaps, improve creative performance, and enhance audience targeting and messaging.
  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition opportunities, platforms, technologies, and partnerships that can unlock scalable growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product and Lifecycle Marketing teams to improve attribution, conversion tracking, and end-to-end member acquisition experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of driving measurable business results.
  • Experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform decision-making, measure performance, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build forecasting models, manage budgets, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing Analytics, Product, Creative, Finance, Brand Media, and Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, experimentation frameworks, conversion optimization, and marketing measurement best practices.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses and a demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, prioritize competing initiatives, and execute with a high degree of ownership.
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
