Job Description

KINEXON Sports stands as a global pioneer in delivering cutting-edge tracking and analysis technology tailored for professional sports. 
We track movement and position data of players and official match balls, transform it into valuable analyses and insights, and assists professional teams and leagues in using data for pioneering innovative strategies. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Working at the intersection of sports technology and real-time data processing, you will contribute to the development of high-performance software solutions for athlete tracking and analysis. Your role focuses on optimizing data pipelines and ensuring seamless integration with sports tracking systems.

This position requires an office presence in Munich at least two days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and optimize real-time data pipelines for sports analytics using C++
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Document, test, and debug software, ensuring reliability, scalability and data quality
  • Integrate and process large-scale data in cloud environments for consistent, real-time analysis
  • Build algorithms for processing live sensor data from sports tracking devices

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong programming skills in C++ or similar programming languages
  • Extensive experience with build systems (e.g., CMake, Conan) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
  • Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing software for high-performance applications
  • Passion for clean, maintainable code and efficient system design
  • Familiarity with data handling and processing techniques using Python
  • Interest in sports technology and performance analysis
