About the Jacksonville Jaguars The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on Sept. 3, 1995, in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won five division titles. Summary The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for Stage Managers to work on game days to work each Jaguars home game played at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida during the 2026 season, in addition to the Jaguars Stadium Practices, and any other stadium events deemed necessary. Throughout the season, each staff member will rotate through different roles to create a well-rounded experience in various areas within the Events and Entertainment department. This is a part-time, hourly, gameday and event position. There also may be opportunities to work at other Jaguar events throughout the season as needed. Job Responsibilities • Assist the Events and Entertainment department in the execution of all game day entertainment (including but not limited to National Anthem performers, flyovers, color guards, pre-game and halftime shows, sponsor contests, and other on-field presentations and promotions). • Examples of assigned roles include: • Talent Management – act as a liaison to the National Anthem singer, ASL signer, color guard, flyover grounds crew, influencers, and honorees, and/or halftime entertainment to ensure they are on time for their rehearsals/performances, can navigate the stadium and back of house spaces, have the appropriate hospitality elements and enjoy their experience at EverBank Stadium. • Field Flag Assistant – teach the participants the timing and reverential manner to unfurl the American field flags in a pre-game rehearsal to be performed on field prior to the National Anthem. Participants vary from season ticket members to military and first responders to other pre-selected special guests each game. • Military Assistance – assist in the arrival and execution of all Military Recognitions and Honorees on game day (including but not limited to the Veteran of the Game, Bell Ringer, Flyovers, etc.). ...
