Job Description

Position Profile: Ticketing Operations Seasonal Assistant Department: Ticket Operations Reports to: Director of Fan Data Systems & Director of Ticket Operations Status: Seasonal, Hourly JOB SUMMARY: The Ticketing Operations Assistant will support ticketing and analytics in all areas related to ticketing operations, ticket sales lead identification and service, and game day/event execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop a thorough understanding of ticketing systems and software to assist the Ticket Operations team as needed. • Assist in processing and fulfillment of ticket orders and provide basic ticket reporting. • Assist ticket office staff with written and verbal communications to Season Ticket Members and fans. • Develop working knowledge of all ticketing hardware and assist with its continual maintenance and oversight. • Assist with identifying and segmenting potential customers for all performance marketing purposes. This involves developing an understanding of all data sources available to the Chiefs, and how the data may be utilized. • Perform cadenced and ad-hoc event and sales reporting using software such as Excel, Power BI, and Archtics. • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing Season Ticket Members and customers. • Provide on-site ticketing support for all special events, home games, and Season Ticket Member events as needed. • Other duties as assigned. HOURS REQUIRED: • 40 hours per week and events/game days. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Light office duties and activities. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience. • Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills, have great attention to detail, and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting. • Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. • Experience using tools related to ticketing and data analysis, e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc., and some experience working with databases is preferred.
