Job Description
Brighton & Hove Albion are seeking a Women’s Recruitment Video Scout to support their recruitment and intelligence department through detailed player video analysis and scouting reports.
Women’s Recruitment Video Scout
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed player scouting reports using the club’s reporting structure
- Scout players via video footage as directed by the recruitment department
- Upload and maintain scouting information within the club database
- Work to agreed reporting deadlines and recruitment protocols
- Attend meetings and CPD opportunities when required
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Strong football knowledge
- Experience working within or alongside professional football environments
- Experience producing scouting reports
- Familiarity with Scoutastic desirable
- Strong IT and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
