Brighton & Hove Albion are seeking a Women’s Recruitment Video Scout to support their recruitment and intelligence department through detailed player video analysis and scouting reports. Women’s Recruitment Video Scout Key Responsibilities • Produce detailed player scouting reports using the club’s reporting structure • Scout players via video footage as directed by the recruitment department • Upload and maintain scouting information within the club database • Work to agreed reporting deadlines and recruitment protocols • Attend meetings and CPD opportunities when required ✅ Ideal Candidate • Strong football knowledge • Experience working within or alongside professional football environments • Experience producing scouting reports • Familiarity with Scoutastic desirable • Strong IT and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently ⚽ A fantastic opportunity to contribute to an elite women’s recruitment environment within the WSL.
