Job Description
Tottenham Hotspur Women are seeking a First Team Performance Analyst to support the delivery of elite analysis provision across training, match preparation, opposition analysis, and player development.
Working within the Women’s First Team analysis department, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with coaching staff to provide technical and tactical insights that support performance in the WSL environment.
First Team Performance Analyst – Women’s
⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Lead opposition analysis through video and data reporting
- Deliver pre-match analysis meetings to players and staff
- Support live matchday workflows including filming, coding and in-game feedback
- Film and analyse training sessions to support player and team development
- Manage video databases and analysis platforms (Hudl, Sportscode)
- Contribute to game model development and WSL trend analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within professional football
- Proficiency in Hudl Sportscode and related analysis software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Degree in Performance Analysis, Sports Science or related field
⭐ Desirable
- MSc in Performance Analysis or Sports Coaching
- Knowledge of Women’s Super League football
- Coaching qualifications or experience
