Job Description
Zebre Parma are offering a Junior Analyst Internship, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience supporting the club’s Performance and Recruitment Analysts within a professional rugby environment.
The internship is focused on operational analysis support, with exposure to the day-to-day workflows surrounding training, matchday analysis and opposition preparation.
The successful candidate will work alongside Zebre Parma’s analysts and coaching staff, supporting the delivery of analysis across the team environment.
This includes involvement in daily meetings, training sessions, matchday analysis, video capture and potentially opposition analysis.
- Support Performance and Recruitment Analysts during daily team meetings.
- Provide analysis support during on-field training sessions.
- Assist with live match analysis under the guidance of the analysis team.
- Support matchday video recording where required.
- Potentially contribute to the weekly analysis of upcoming opposition.
- Create graphic and video presentations based on themes identified by the coaching staff.
- Work flexibly around the demands of the professional rugby schedule, including unconventional hours and days.
- Degree or currently studying towards a degree in Sports Science.
- F.I.R. Coach certification.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of rugby.
- Availability to work around the team's training and competition schedule.
- F.I.R. Coach Level 3+ certification.
- Knowledge of the United Rugby Championship (URC).
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English.
