Position Summary

Battle Sports is looking for a highly organized and analytical Junior Ecommerce \& Supply Chain Analyst to support our growing Amazon, DTC, wholesale, team sales, and national retail business.

This role will help manage recurring reports, monitor inventory and product performance, support purchase order tracking, and identify operational issues across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong in Excel, comfortable working with data, and able to follow up with internal teams and vendors to keep projects moving.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in ecommerce, Amazon marketplace operations, inventory planning, retail reporting, and supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain recurring Amazon reports, including daily orders, Buy Box, BSR, returns, FBA fees, product audits, and listing health.

* Monitor Amazon product performance and flag issues related to ranking, pricing, content, inventory, returns, or product setup.

* Support sell-thru reporting across Amazon, DTC, wholesale customers, Team Sales, and other sales channels.

* Assist with inventory reporting, including slow-moving items, phaseout products, reorder needs, excess inventory, and product status updates.

* Review incoming purchase orders and help track expected receive dates, new POs, vendor updates, and potential delays.

* Monitor late orders across wholesale customers and other sales channels, and help follow up with internal teams to resolve issues.

* Support product data audits, including MSRP, dimensions, weights, product status, new products, and phaseout items.

* Help coordinate product content needs, including new photos and videos for Amazon and ecommerce listings.

* Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to help resolve reporting, inventory, PO, and product-related issues.

* Help improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and follow-up across ecommerce, retail, and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Required

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred.

* 0–3 years of experience in ecommerce, supply chain, inventory, operations, analytics, or reporting.

* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, and data cleanup.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to manage recurring reports and deadlines.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable working with SKU-level data.

* Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

* Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, retailer portals, SPS Commerce, or EDI systems.

* Experience in sporting goods, apparel, footwear, ecommerce, retail, or consumer products.

* Interest in football, sports, or youth athletics.

Compensation

Depending on experience and location:

* Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000

* Potential Bonus Eligibility
