Job Description
Working closely with the coaching staff, the successful candidate will support tactical planning, player development, and performance review processes through detailed video and data analysis.
Women’s First Team Performance Analyst
⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pre-match, live, and post-match analysis
- Produce tactical presentations combining video and performance data
- Support opposition, set-piece, and individual player analysis
- Film and code matches and training sessions
- Deliver matchday support including half-time and post-match insights
- Maintain player performance databases and analysis workflows
- Support long-term analysis projects and trend reporting
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ full-time experience in professional football analysis
- Strong tactical and technical understanding of elite football
- Experience using Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Studio, Hudl Insight & SBG
- Experience interpreting performance data (OPTA, StatsBomb, SkillCorner, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
