Job Description
Brighton & Hove Albion are seeking a U21 Academy Performance Analyst to lead analysis provision within their U21 programme, supporting team performance and individual player development within the Professional Development Phase.
Working closely with coaches and players, the successful candidate will analyse training sessions and matches, maintain performance databases, deliver impactful presentations, and ensure analysis outputs align with the club’s academy philosophy.

⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance analysis support for the U21 age group
- Analyse training sessions and competitive fixtures
- Deliver analysis that supports team preparation and player development
- Use telestration tools to enhance feedback and learning
- Maintain statistical databases aligned to academy methodology
- Upload and manage match footage on player review platforms
- Produce engaging presentations and analysis content for players and coaches
- Support the continued development of academy analysis processes
Essential Requirements
- Full-time experience within the Professional Development Phase (PDP) at a professional football club
- Degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with Hudl Sportscode
- Strong knowledge of Mac operating systems and software
- Ability to create engaging and impactful presentations
- Excellent football knowledge and player development understanding
